Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist

Nurdsoft is looking for a rock star to join our growing team. This role will focus on the execution and success of digital marketing activities for Nurdsoft and it’s clients with a focus on data-driven results. They will play an integral role in the accelerated growth of our client’s business.
Responsiblities
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Manage SEO initiatives and provide regular status updates internally and to clients
Monitor SEO performance metrics and resolves critical issues that arise
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Requirements
Must have 3+ years of marketing experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment
Bachelor’s or Masters’s degree in marketing or a related field.
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
Skilled with SEO tools, such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Moz Pro, etc
Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Strong creativity, analytical skills, and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
