Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our products/services and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and deliver impactful marketing campaigns.

Responsiblities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with product management and sales teams to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for products/services.

Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including website content, sales materials, presentations, and promotional materials.

Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and online advertising campaigns.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and report on ROI to optimize marketing initiatives.

Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing role, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Prior experience in marketing for Software Development Studio is preferred.
